The production facilities of PJSC “Khlibprom Concern” operate in accordance with the Food Safety Management System (HACCP) and the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000:2005. As a result, Khlibprom Concern has implemented an early response system based on HACCP principles, allowing risks to be identified before they become problems:
- Prevention procedures for the entry of foreign objects, cross-contamination with allergens, incidents of food fraud and bioterrorism have been developed and implemented, as well as control procedures for non-conforming products.
- Strict sanitary and hygienic requirements have been established. To ensure compliance by all participants in the production process, a clear control system and an effective staff training program are in place.
- High standards have been introduced for raw materials and ingredients. The company works exclusively with verified and reliable suppliers. No batch of raw materials is admitted into production without prior incoming quality control.
- Control and monitoring criteria have been defined at each stage of the technological process, with special attention to critical control points in accordance with the HACCP plan.
- A clear traceability system has been ensured — from raw materials to finished products — to guarantee product authenticity.
- The product development process includes a series of studies on quality and safety, as well as determining the optimal shelf life.
- To ensure the quality and safety of products, each batch undergoes thorough inspection of organoleptic, physicochemical, and microbiological parameters before shipment.
The enterprise operates its own certified physicochemical and microbiological laboratories that comply with ISO 10012.
Each batch of raw materials and finished products is subject to meticulous laboratory testing for safety indicators, physicochemical, and microbiological parameters in accordance with European regulations and national legislation.
